RETURN POLICIES
Return policies: If a user wishes to change or return a product, he has the
right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, provided
that the return is made with the partner courier company. (ACS COURIER). In
particular, the customer must fill in the return form electronically or contact
Astra by telephone or via e-mail at info@shop-astra.gr. If the following conditions are met, Astra is
required to replace the product with anything else that the customer desires or pay back the customer.
In case of a higher value order, the difference is charged to the customer. Product
returns are made at the current price of the item at the date of delivery to
Astra by the courier. If we contact you to approve your return, there
are the following options:
Credit - Credit to your account at our online store. The
amount corresponding to the product you want to return will be posted to your
account in the form of Voucher so that it can be used whenever you want in your
next purchase. The credit is activated from the moment you receive your return
and you receive a phone call from the refund department. Change with another
product - If you have already selected the product with which you want to make
the change, you will inform us by phone and we will proceed with sending the
new product if there is availability in the color and number you are interested
in and if we have received them for return products. The cost of the 1st change
is free of charge, and each subsequent change is charged with 8 euro regardless
of the amount.Refund - Your money will be refunded within 7-8 business days
from the date we receive your refund to the bank account you declare. If you
have purchased a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used.
The amount of € 8 will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs of
returning the products

Necessary conditions for a refund to be accepted:
Products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged
Identity tags together with all designer labels are attached to the product
Have all the documents accompanying it (eg Proof of Retail Sale - TDD etc.)
Returned product boxes have not suffered damage (sticking labels and packaging
tapes)
Defective products:
Defective products are marked as damaged products upon
receipt or those exhibiting a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the
date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not
considered defective. All products with a marked manufacturing defect will be
replaced with the same product, if available diffe However, Astra-jewels reserves
the right, in the event of controversial complaints, to return the products to
